Hi, My name is Michael Johnson.  I am 9 years old.. almost 10 and I love food…  I love to learn about food…  prepare food..  and eat food!!  I help my mom, aunt and grandmother in the kitchen as often as I can. 

My dad is Korean-American.  My mom is an Italian-American Vegetarian…  I grew up eating gnocchi and kim-chee…  I eat seaweed like other kids eat potato chips.  I’ve tried garden snails, sea snails and even wild boar.  I have no problem trying new foods.. I thinks its exciting and such an adventure.

My mom set up this website for me so I can share everything I try and learn with all of you.
